Almost done with the planting

I spent the day in the gardens planting flowers.  The weather was perfect for it.  We had a comfortable day with cool breezes and low humidity.

I’m down to finding places for five large cannas and a bunch of elephant ears.  I’m going to have to dig out flowers to put them in.  This won’t be a problem.  The moss rose, Echinacea, and calendulas are taking over.  I’ve begun pulling them like weeds.  There’s also a large quantity of sedum coming up in every flowerbed.

  1. Okay! Enough with the planting! Get those half-baked ideas cooking in your mind or on your computer and turn them into tasty scenes to be savored.
