12/15/15 blood pressure is 111/68 at 11:09 p.m.

I hit the ground running at noon. I made a quick stop at Panera for a small coffee and a scone so I wasn’t starving while grocery shopping.

From there I hit the mail store and sent off a package of books to a friend for her not yet born grandchild.

Then I took my list and did the dreaded and hated grocery store run.

I arrived home in time to cook dinner for us and feed two starving dogs.

It’s time to color.
