I hate wireless crap!

I am not amused today. I spent well over two hours trying to get my printer to talk to both my desk top and lap top computers. It still refuses. I don’t know what they are fighting over, an affair with another printer? I don’t think so. Is my printer in some sort of snit over something the computers or wireless router said? Maybe.
All I know is, I am a writer, I need my printer to work, and it isn’t working. I walked through the Verizon In home Agent app. and that lying piece of crap is no help what-so-ever! I am mere seconds from throwing the printer through a wall.
No, that threat didn’t help, the printer still refuses to talk to my computers. Wireless, a real pain in the ass piece of crap technology for the masses to hate. Even my wireless mouse is crap good thing it’s only for my lap top. I had a wireless keyboard and got rid of it. I like my hard-wired keyboard.
You all have a good one. I imagine I will once I take a sledge-hammer to my printer. 😀

What took me hours to accomplish…

Would take a teenager mere minutes. Yeah, I’m back to electronics and my need to have a teenager that I can tap for his/her electronic wizardness once in a while. It’s not that I can’t do it, it just takes me longer to figure it out than it used to–with age comes wisdom and a lesser ability to crack instructions on electronic things.
I do have a great advantage over many people of my age in that I am willing to learn how to use all the new things that come down the pike.
Once learned, however, I may not want to keep the electronic device in my life. Yes, let’s take cell phones as an example–I am not a person who enjoys being connected 24/7.
I do enjoy my now (after a few hours) well loaded MP3 player though. I have always loved having a variety of music at my finger tips. I am doing a happy dance to my wonderful music!

When the new MP3 player arrives…

The Sansa Clip gets the sledge-hammer. I’m not playing with it any more. I have done everything possible and nothing has worked. Even with a new card in it I couldn’t get it to accept any music. I think the people at the support desk were taking bets on how many times I’d call before I killed it.
I ordered another MP3 player. I hope my new Coby MP3 player does everything it claims to do.
You know how my luck runs when it comes to electronics, it’s pure unadulterated CRAP.
According to the tracking, my Coby arrives Tuesday. Minutes after I open the package, My Sansa Clip will meet HAMMER TIME!
