Queen and Meatloaf, when I’m cleaning… for the energy
Saffire, the Uppity Blues Women–any time!
Dixie chicks…and various other country/western singers.

I’m with you all the way – especially Saffire. Sadly, they are retiring or have retired as a group recently. I can understand, but it’s the sad end of an era for me.
A couple of things on your list for me to check out – golly gee, does that mean I HAVE to go to Borders today? 🙂
How very sad about Saffire. I think I have all but one of their albums.
I don’t have favorite music like that, but I do have songs with a certain sound/beat/rhythm that I never tire of listening to that I’ve assembled on my ‘Travelin’ Tapes.’ They’re mostly hard rockin’ songs that make me want to line it up, fire it up, and stand on the tall pedal.
Singers/groups I never tire of are AC/DC, Bob Segar & The Silver Bullet Band, Travis Tritt, and Toby Keith.
My list could go on and on…
