It’s all about balance

Or so I’ve been told. For The Curmudgeon it’s keeping it, or losing it. At present he uses the rollator more than his cane and still manages to lose his balance.
Oh wait, we’re not talking that sort of balance are we? According to Dictionary.com:

I am working on finding my balance. I can’t tell you how many yoga and meditation DVDs and CDs I have. And then there are all the Kindle meditation and yoga books waiting for me to read them. Yoohoo balance where are you?

Don’t know why but I haven’t gotten the last 3 of your posts since Aug. 27. Luckily I saved your blog in my favorites. As to balance, I have significantly improved mine thru Tai Chi. It not only improves balance but also reduces stress, while increasing energy levels. Slow and meditative in form it also reduces arthritis pain and teaches breathing techniques. There are short as well as long forms to learn. Videos are available online.
Don’t know why either…maybe you need to resubscribe? I have a ton of Tai Chi videos.
