Paint…The Curmudgeon…2 Dogs…this should be interesting.

I bought the paint for the living room, stairs, and upstairs hallway  today.  Only cost me an arm and leg even with the 40% off.

     Main color: http://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/paint-colors-by-family/SW6204-sea-salt/

Painting should be fun.  The last time I painted the house I was younger and in better shape.  I did have the same two dogs and they too were younger, in better shape, and full of curiosity and mischief.
The Curmudgeon was still working and so was out of my hair.  He’s not now.  Yep.  Interesting.
Open invitation for house painting volunteers.  Hands?  Um, gee.  Yeah I thought not.
You all have a good one!

  1. Sounds like it’ll be an adventure! If this helps – when I paint and need to take a break, I wrap the wet roller in any plastic bag, wrap it into a second one, and stick the while thing in the fridge, brushes too (in their own individual plastic bags). That way I only have to clean the paint once, at the end of the job. The double wrap and chill keeps the paint from drying out. 30’ish hours is the longest I’ve chilled them for and I’ve never had a dried out spot. Also, let them warm up for about 10 minutes before using. Enjoy!

I’ve done that when I painted. I am twenty or so years older than I was when I last painted the entire inside of the house. 😉
