I hope you all had a good day!

Lovely day here yesterday. Plenty of sunshine to warm us and melt more snow.  We can see a lot more of the yard now. The most delightful thing of all was hearing the birds rejoicing in the day.

The dogs pranced about like puppies, and I’m sure they read the clocks.  Exactly at five, Gavin began to scold me for his dinner. I was hoping to have an hour’s reprieve.  Nope. He never let up until I walked to the kitchen and picked up their food dishes.  These dogs are such a hoot.

  1. One heck of a good day here. Washed and vacuumed my new Honda CRV and didn’t even need a jacket :D, got last minute things ready for Rocky’s arrival today plus clearing out more stuff of my mom’s. She was a hoarder of the utmost degree: clothing, shoes, dishes, plastic bags in multiple shapes, sizes and thicknesses, etc. She saved bags she brought things home in (I found an Aeropostale bag. She bought things and never used them (metal house numbers and on and on and on. Sound familiar? lol

    • Most definitely! I still have nightmares about the MIL’s house. As you remember, it took two of us a solid year to clear the house. That is why G and I are having a yard sale once the weather warms properly.

  2. I think I have it mostly under control having done this by myself. Found it to be a full time job so I quit my paying job to do this. Good thing, too. The program I was on at the time is due to end on May 2. Talk about timing..
