I actually have a smidgeon of an idea what it means. The last 2 years I have had to use the mobility carts at the Bloomsburg fair if I was going to last more than one hour at the place. That chair allowed me to go around and around the fair for 6 hours, and even allowed me to bring my purchases out to the car. Yes they were rentals but the best I’ve ever seen. This company also sells them in town. They weigh 25 pounds, can be broken down to fit into the trunk of a car and a good used one is only $800. Maybe I should have bought one before I left the Keystone State.
