Dusted off the grill pan…
Since I don’t have gas for the grill, I dusted off the grill pan and used it to cook our dinner.
I’d marinated a lovely London broil in McCormick’s Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade for me and seasoned The Curmudgeon’s hamburger steak with the marinade .
I grilled his first since I have to cut his meat up and I hate to have a cold dinner unless it is specifically a cold dinner.
After I served him his dinner I grilled my steak. Yum, to perfection.
I served our dinners with

How do you get so many followers?
I’ve been writing this blog since 2008. So taking that into account–that’s not that many followers.
As for how…well, I come in here and write every day. Every. Day. The only exceptions have been when I’ve been too ill to write.
I can’t possibly begin to say how much I appreciate each and every reader.
Thanks for your response. Is this a hobby for you or is this how you make your living?
I wish I was making a living at writing. Not a hobby though, just unpaid. I write because I can’t not write. Though circumstances (being The Curmudgeon’s caregiver) make it impossible to do all the writing I wish I could do. If someone paid me to do this I’d be in much better shape financially.
Hobby, no, writing for me is not a ‘nice little hobby’ as it is so often put by people. Writing for me is a necessity, the thing that makes my heart beat.
